American Red Cross – CPR/AED/First Aid

The American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, as well as a variety of first aid situations, until professional help arrives.

This course is ideal for anyone who needs certification for workplace or regulatory requirements or who wants to be prepared to respond in an emergency. Training is hands-on and instructor-led, with practical scenarios that help build confidence and skills retention.

Course Content Includes:

• CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants

• AED use for all ages

• Choking relief techniques for all ages

• First aid basics: scene safety, assessing the victim, and activating EMS

• Medical emergencies: breathing problems, allergic reactions, heart attack, stroke, seizures, and diabetic emergencies

• Injury emergencies: bleeding control, wounds, burns, broken bones, sprains, and bites/stings

• Environmental emergencies: heat- and cold-related illnesses, poison exposure

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course and skills testing, participants receive a 2-year American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certification (valid nationwide).
